Davey,

Buy 6 packs of dogs X 10 = 60

Buy 5 packs of buns X 12 = 60

Nothing left over but the heartburn!

It's not the dogs that make you fat. They are mostly protein. It's all the extra carbo's that convert to fat because you eat too much of them.

Not really my friend, experience and knowledge!!  I don't claim to know it all, but I am willing to share what I know with safety in mind.

Hello I am starting a climbing group at my school in PA and I was wondering what kind of official training I should acquire in order to lead other students on sport climbing trips near and around the school?

If you are going to be outside you should get the American Mountain Guides Association Single Pitch Instructor Certification. This course is great and really focuses on teaching, technical rescue systems, and group management in the single pitch setting. If you are looking to work indoors with climbers or students you should look at the AMGA Climbing Wall Instructor Certification.

You can find more info on there website: www.amga.com

or if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Cheers,

Karsten
