I''ve heard about brain training helping with climbing, but what aspect exactly, does it help with?
Also what kind of things could you do to ''train your brain''!?

The best "brain training" I've had is from Arno Ilgner. He has written two books, "The Rock Warrior's Way: Mental Training for Climbing" and "Expresso Lessons" and I highly recommend reading them. Also, if you can ever attend one of his Warrior's Way classes in person do it. I don't know if it is all "brain training" per say, but you need to focus on being able to analyze a route, assess safe falls, focus on your breathing, etc.
