The best "brain training" I've had is from Arno Ilgner. He has written two books, "The Rock Warrior's Way: Mental Training for Climbing" and "Expresso Lessons" and I highly recommend reading them. Also, if you can ever attend one of his Warrior's Way classes in person do it. I don't know if it is all "brain training" per say, but you need to focus on being able to analyze a route, assess safe falls, focus on your breathing, etc.
