I would like to talk about bouldering in the south! Especially when it's warm and nobody's brushing the 5 layer's of chalk, oil, and skin that's left behind. Everybody know's that bouldering in the south during the summer kinda like butter. Even during the winter when there's alot of traffic on the classic problem's, the hold's can be greasy and can impede even the seasoned climberand spit them off! I found something that can help! Of coarse brushing ( with a smooth bristle brush ) and not with a wire brush, which can erase a hold completly. Gently brush the chalk of the hold and not the texture of the rock. Also, I like to put rubbing alcohol on my hand's and rub them together until they dry, then put chalk on them and blow off the excess off! These thing's combined will make your bouldering alittle better, sticking to the rock!

I wouldn't call that video morbid. I would say it's lame.

W/ this post I was only talking about bouldering and the humid south during the summer months and how oily the holds can get, and not anything else!
