The great thing about climbing I think is that you don't have to be muscle bound. Technique can make up for large muscle. Using your legs is the key. Push yourself up climb instead of pulling yourself up the climb with your arms.

THE GREAT THING ABOUT CLIMBING IS THAT YOU LOSE YOURSELF, YOUR FEARS, YOUR "DEMONS WITHIN", YOUR WORRIES. THEN AS YOU BEGIN CLIMBING, YOU FIND YOUR TRUE SELF, YOUR HEARTBEAT, AND YOU BEGIN TO FACE THE PROBLEMS THAT "TAX" YOU MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. IT IS A JOURNEY WITH FEARS AND PROBLEMS, BUT IT TEACHES YOU HOW TO WORK THEM OUT AND SOLVE THEM IN A POSITVE MANNER.
FOR ME, IT HELPED ME FACE MY FEAR OF HEIGHTS. TO THIS DAY I SILL HAVE THAT FEAR, BUT CLIMBING HAS HELPED ME CONTROL IT, TO FACE IT, TO OVERCOME ITS POWER. I GOT INTO CLIMBING BECAUSE OF FEAR. NOW AS I CONTINUE TO CLIMB TO HIGHER LEVELS, THAT FEAR IS HELPING ME RESPECT MY FEAR OF HEIGHTS AND KEEP ME SAFE ON THE ROCK.......
