Practice your climbing skills at high altitude (at or around 9,000 feet) with the new Colorado Exercise Room™ (CER), a joint project of Colorado Altitude Training™ (CAT) and Boulder Rock Club in Mapleton Ave., Boulder, CO. With this exercise room, climbers can easily practice their abilities, prepare for upcoming climbs, and many more.
The CER is the first simulated altitude training environment that is available in the Rocky Mountain Region. Moreover, the public gets to use it for free until January 15, 2006. There are a number of advantages in training in the CER. These benefits include:
