Earth Treks Offers Summer Camps

Summer is just around the corner and along with it, the end of classes. Instead of just having your children sit in front of the TV the whole day, you can enroll them to summer courses that will develop their skills and creativity.
If you are in the areas of Washington DC and Baltimore, you can enroll your children to Earth Treks' Summer Camps. Different courses are offered to different age groups. For children ages 9-13, they offer the Summer Climbing Day Camp program.
The day camp is a 5-day camp that will give participants an overview of indoor and outdoor rock climbing. Aside from that, they will have the chance to join in teams and participate in various activities. The first day of the camp will be devoted to teambuilding events and learning belay skills and rock climbing safety. The next three days will then be spent at rock climbing sites such as Carderock and the Great Falls.
The Summer Day Camp will be offered at the following venues:

Rockville Session:

- Roc-2 July 10-14
- Roc-3 July 24-28
- Roc-4 Aug 7-11
Timonium Session:
- Tim-1 June 19-23
- Tim-2 June 26-30
- Tim-3 July 10-14
- Tim-4 July 17-21
- Tim-5 July 24-28
- RR-6 July 31-Aug 4 Rock N' River Camp
- RR-7 Aug 7-11 Rock N' River Camp
