Llandilo Man Rescued in Blue Mountains

WEDNESDAY, 29 NOVEMBER 2006


A man fell about five meters while rock climbing at Mount York. The Llandilo man is now recovering in Western Sydney hospital and suffered head injuries and two broken legs.

Officers from the Blue Mountains Local Area Command and the Police Rescue Squad assisted the man before he was brought to the hospital by a helicopter. Blue Mountains is located approximately 100 kilometers of Sydney, Australia.
