Parents Blame School for Teen's Climbing Accident
The parents of Mills High School sophomore Alisa Gaan are blaming the school for the rock-climbing accident that broke their daughter's back. Russian Climber Wins Gold in World Championship
Ksenia Polekhina, a Krasnoyarsk climber, has won the gold in the world championship held in Ecuador. Yena Chereshnova, who represented Moscow, won silver. Cave Rock Climbing Ban Sustained by Appeals Court
The climbing ban on Lake Tahoe's Cave Rock imposed by the US Forest Service has been sustained by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco last Monday. Rock Climber Survives a 50-feet Fall
A 23-year-old unidentified rock climber from Swindon has survived a 50-feet fall from a cliff near Rhossili, on the Gower coast, last Sunday.
