Adventure Course Offered at Stone Mountain Park

While everyone works his way to the peak, there are other things down there that climbers must not overlook! The Stone Mountain Park offers amenities and attractions not commonly provided in a climbing facility.

Sky Hike - One can almost touch the sky when he completes the 40-foot family adventure course. For beginners, a two-foot course is also available.

Summit Skyride - Experience the stunning view of the Confederate Memorial Carving, while taking a high-speed Swiss cable car.

Ante-bellum Plantation and farmyard - The Ante-bellum Plantation is a collection of original buildings from around Georgia built between 1783 and 1875. Furniture and decorations are also displayed.

Scenic Railroad - The Scenic Railroad is a locomotive from the 1940s with open-air cars that take guests on a five-mile excursion.

These are all available in the Stone Mountain Park. It is a venue for history, movies, golf, family leisure, and certainly a great climbing and outdoor experience.
