UClimb, Donner Summit to Host Rock Climbing Event

UClimb and Donner Summit will host a two-day rock climbing event on July 19 to 20. This is sponsored by Mountain Gear and Marmot and will be held in Donner Summit, Nevada County.

The rock climbing event will include instruction from Alpine Skills International guides. Climbers will be able to improve their skills and techniques with the help of professional instructors.

Individuals who are 10 to 17 years old can register for $159, while adult participants will pay $199. Special packages which include rock climbing fee, shoes, harness, belay device, helmet, locking carabiner, and chalk bags are also available at $289 for young individuals and $329 for adults.
