BOSG Welcomes Sue Edmiston As Marketing Manager

BOULDER, COLO. — The Boulder Outdoor Specialty Group (BOSG), a collection of six landmark brands in the outdoor industry, this week announced Sue Edmiston as their new marketing manager.

Edmiston is a returning outdoor industry veteran, having built a wealth of marketing and sales experience at both Belle Baby Carriers and Mountainsmith.

"Sue's direct experience in the outdoor industry and beyond provides a boost of new ideas and energy for our brand family," said Kenny Ballard, president of the Boulder Outdoor Specialty Group. "We're excited to have her onboard in time for the Outdoor Retailer show."

Edmiston's role includes marketing support for Kelty, Kelty KIDS, Sierra Designs, Slumberjack, Wenger and Ultimate Direction. Central to Edmistion's job responsibilities will be maintaining brand individuality by emphasizing the unique essence of each brand.

Edmiston will oversee print, online, and social media marketing; advertising campaign and grass roots initiative development; creation and execution of strategic marketing partnerships; and oversight of the Boulder Group’s marketing team.

Prior to working with the Boulder Group, Edmiston was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Belle Baby Company. Previously, she was the Marketing Director for Mountainsmith.
