Steve Longenecker has been teaching rock climbing in the North Carolina mountains for over 30 years and is probably the best-known climbing instructor with children in the area. Steve currently offers instruction in rock climbing, mountain biking, emergency medicine and natural history. He enjoys sharing his experience with newcomers, hoping they will learn to love the wild places with him.
