The book has been illustrated using a superb set of colour images, taken on a digital camera. Where needed these images have been manipulated to remove people (you could never tell) add a suitable sky or modified so as to improve salient morphological features. The overriding concept from the very beginning was to produce a book that would be inspiring, elegant and above all prove infallible to use.
