The Petzl Paw Rigging Plate is a very good device which allows the user to easily set up various top-ropes and saftey lines for his climbing partners. The device works really well and recomend it for anyone who enjoys climbing on long winded multi pitch routes but feels that once setting up pitch they easily loose control of organization of the safety lines. The only problem that this device faces is that it is now very hard to find in shops and on the web, so i suggest you buy yours quickly, before they are all gone.
