With very low bulk you can easily clip and go, without feeling the weight of a bigger rope underneath you. BlueWater uses the Duration Thermal Stabilization (DTS) process (where the nylon undergoes the critical heat treatment) is so precise, it allows for a better balanced rope. Some of the ropes are listed as having a Double-Dry treatment, which is applied to each individual fiber in the sheath and core. Double-Dry allows just 11% water absorbtion (compared to the standard 20% - 30%) so your rope remains light and flexible under adverse conditions.
